Our Problem Solving sessions are packed with creative, hands-on challenges such as ‘Hook-a-log', Nightline, Hug a tree, Cross the Swamp, Gutter-challenge to name but a few!
We give you a problem. We will give you some rules. You sort it. In record time. With no arguing. Brilliant communication and awesome support…well some of the time! Groups must overcome a series of engaging challenges where decisions matter and every choice has a consequence. All of this takes place in a safe, low-risk environment designed to encourage learning through doing.

These activities are designed to be fun, but also deliberately challenging and sometimes frustrating – in the best possible way!
Natural leaders often emerge, but so do great listeners, thoughtful planners and strong communicators. Everyone has a role to play and success depends on how well the team works together.
We try and let the participants make and execute their own plans as much as possible, with occasional nudges, but we are not afraid of failing in a low- risk environment – as it is when much learning takes place!
This activity is also amazing for team building, developing resilience and emotional intelligence – skills that transfer far beyond the activity itself.
Kit Requirements
- All of our activities are outside so participants should be prepared for sun and rain with appropriate protection from each.
- We’ll provide any specialist kit such as helmets.
