Venturewood Joins Witch and Cat at Delamere Forest
The Venturewood team recently joined Forestry England at Delamere Forest for a special family fun day celebrating the much-loved Room on the Broom.
The event brought families together for a day of activities, creativity and exploring the forest, with visitors able to meet Witch and Cat and take part in a range of free activities throughout the day.
As part of the event, Venturewood had a stand where families could get creative and make their own forest-inspired pictures, as well as taking part in a nature-themed scavenger hunt.
It was a great opportunity for the Venturewood team to meet families visiting the forest, introduce them to what we do at Delamere Forest and encourage children to engage with the natural environment in a fun and creative way.
The event is another example of the partnership between Venturewood and Forestry England, working together to connect people with Delamere Forest and create opportunities for children and families to learn, explore and enjoy the outdoors.
We had a brilliant day meeting everyone who stopped by our stand and getting involved in the family fun. A big thank you to Forestry England for inviting us to be part of the event.
